Freedom of Information Act
Publication Scheme

In accordance with Section 20 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Wicken Parish Council has adopted the Model Publication Scheme for Local Councils (Core Classes Only) and from February 2003 will publish information as required under that scheme.

	Information available:
	1	Council Internal Practice and Procedure – minutes of meetings, procedural standing orders and Annual Report to Parish Meeting.
	2	Code of Conduct – Declaration of Acceptance of Office, Register of Interests.
	3	Periodic Electoral Review.
	4	Employment Practice and Procedure.
	5	Planning – responses to planning applications.
	6	Audit and Accounts.

Members of the public will be able to access the information by application to the Clerk of the Parish Council. The information will be available in hard copy or by inspection, and a charge of £5 to cover costs will be made if copies are required.
